The 22nd Annual DeKalb County School District's Georgia Helen Ruffin Reading Bowl (HRRB) for elementary students was held Friday, Jan. 22. Congratulations are extended to all elementary teams that participated in the virtual 2021 competition. To quote Mrs. Helen Ruffin: “Students who read become adults who lead.”
