Signs ups for virtual after school clubs begin today, Sept. 27. Here's the club schedule and get ready for fun after school!


Mondays at 2:15 p.m.

Science Olympiad (3rd, 4th and 5th)

We will work on topics and challenges provided by Fernbank Science Olympiad.

15 spots available.

Art Club (1st and 2nd) 3rd, 4th and 5th will be second semester

We will build on skills from our classroom projects and explore new artists and techniques.

30 spots available.

Reading Bowl (4th and 5th)

Students will read the 2020-2021 Georgia Children's Book Award Nominees and then compete in the Helen Ruffin Reading Bowl in January.

20 spots available.

Mondays and Thursdays at 7:45 a.m.

Math Club (4th and 5th)

We will work on projects, play games and brain teasers.

15 spots available.

Tuesdays at 7:30 a.m.

Academic Bowl (5th)

Quiz Show format on a variety of topics.

10 spots available.

Tuesdays at 2:15 p.m.

Girls Who Code (3rd, 4th and 5th)

Open to EVERYONE (not just girls) but we follow the curriculum at Girls Who Code.

Spanish Club (1st and 2nd) 3rd, 4th and 5th will be second semester

A great place to make friends, learn a new culture, and immerse yourself in the foreign language experience.

Willy Wonka (3rd, 4th and 5th)

Students learn about acting, dancing, music, and stage work culminating with two performances in May for Willy Wonka Jr.

Book Club (4th and 5th)

Club reads a book, discusses chapters, breaks into groups with an adult to discuss book in smaller groups.

Wednesdays at noon to 1 p.m.

Math Club (3rd and 4th)

We will work on fun math puzzles & brain teasers; explore math programs online.

Thursdays at 7:30 a.m.

Sci Girls (K- 5) students will be grouped by grade levels

Girls will be exploring different STEM fields and STEM activities.

20 spots available per grade grouping of K-1, 2-3 and 4-5.

Thursdays at 2:15 p.m.

Garden Club (3rd, 4th and 5th)

We will (virtually) have lessons, learn about gardening, and have guest speakers.

Morning Media Club (3rd, 4th and 5th)
